Adding Team Members

Team members are members of your team and specific to each organization in Gatsby. There are two team permissions. One is team member, who can access the contact book and events they are a collaborator on. The second is external collaborator. An external collaborator can only access events they are a collaborator on.


  • Step 1

    While in your desired organization (see your organizations by clicking on your initials), click Team Members on the left hand navigation bar.

    Click Add Members.

  • Step 2

    Fill out the information as shown. You can set Team Permissions here as well.

    Click Add Member.
