How do I insert Mail Merge, Event Data and Invitation Links?


Learn how to populate your message with mail merge, event data and invitation links. While in your campaign, in the bottom left of the composer, there's a "+" button just above Discard Draft. Click on the +. You can also type # in the message and it will bring up the same menu.

Here you will find your options as shown below. In grey, you will see it is divided into three sections - Links / RSVP Details / Mail Merge. Let’s go over each below!

Below are all the mail merge, event data and invitation links available to use in your message. Note that you must use an RSVP Link in order for guest’s to respond to your event.

Public RSVP Link  will link to the event’s public registration link.

RSVP Link  will link the guest’s personal invite.

Save the Date - link to the Save the Date invite.

Unsubscribe - link for guest to unsubscribe.

Date and Location - link to add the date and location of the event.

RSVP Details - link to the information on your RSVP details section.

RSVP Image - link to the image in your RSVP.

First Name - link to guest’s first name.

Last Name - link to guest’s last name.
