All About Collaboration
A collaborator is anyone you want to work on the event with you. It can be an internal or external person.
Adding a Collaborator
Adding a collaborator is an easy process. Users can click the + sign beside the user initials in the top right corner. This will open a window which will allow users to manage collaborators.
Managing a Collaborator
By using the drop-down, users can see the different collaborator types. Perhaps you want to remove access? Or change the type from Organizer to Collaborator. If a member of your team doesn’t appear in your list, simply add their email in the Email section and click Invite.
External Collaborator
As an external collaborator, users will have received an email that invites them to join the Gatsby event.
Clicking on the link in the email will take them to the screen below.
Agree to the Gatsby Terms of Service and enter an email, click Sign Up.
