Add Team Members & Collaborators
Build your event team with role-based permissions. Add internal staff and external partners to manage executive events and member gatherings.
You can add two types of collaborators to your Gatsby workspace: team members with full access to everything, and external collaborators who only see the events they’re invited to. This lets you work with internal staff and external partners while keeping your contact book and other events private.

What can External Collaborators do? External collaborators have the same event-level permissions as team members, but only for events they’re invited to. They can view and edit guest lists, work on seating charts, design RSVP pages, and send campaigns for their assigned events.
Can we control email notifications for team members? Yes. Go to the team members page and use the dropdown for each notification type to enable or disable emails.
Who can send campaigns as someone else? You can limit who has “send from” permissions for both internal team members and external collaborators. Contact us via Slack or email to set this up.
How do I create a custom QR code for a partner company? Enable public links for your event, create a referral link for your partner, then use any QR code generator to create a QR code for that specific link.
