RSVP Landing Pages

RSVP Landing Pages let you create professional event pages that match your brand and provide all the details guests need. You can start with pre-designed templates or build from scratch using our visual editor.

Using Template Library

Templates give you a head start with professionally designed layouts. You can customize everything from colors and images to text and spacing.

1. Access Templates

   From your RSVP Page, click Landing Page Templates in the left sidebar.

2. Browse Options

   Review available templates. Use the arrow in the bottom left to scroll through all options.

3. Preview and Customize

   Click on any template to preview it. Hit Edit to customize colors, text, images, and layout.

4. Activate Your Choice

   When you’re ready, click Use as Landing Page to make it live for your event.

Template Safe vs Advanced Editor

When editing templates, you can choose between two editing modes based on your needs:

Template Safe handles basic customization like replacing images, editing text, and updating colors. This mode prevents accidental layout changes while letting you personalize content.

Advanced Editor gives you full control over design elements including image corner rounding, responsive breakpoints, spacing adjustments, and custom styling. Use this when you need precise control over your page’s appearance.

Adding Your Own Content

Custom Images: Upload your own images instead of using the stock library. Check the template’s image dimensions first to ensure your uploads fit properly.

Video Content: Embed videos directly on your landing page. You can use YouTube links, Vimeo embeds (iframe), or upload video files directly (maximum 24MB file size). Video works well for speaker introductions, event previews, or venue tours.

The landing page becomes your event’s front door, so include information that helps guests understand what to expect and gets them excited to attend.
