QR Codes

QR codes help speed up event check-in and registration. You can create registration QR codes for new guests to sign up on-site, or add personalized QR codes to confirmation emails for faster check-in.

Each guest gets a unique QR code that you can add to their confirmation email (or send via an email campaign) for faster check-in.

  1. Open RSVP Settings

    Navigate to your RSVP Page settings.

  2. Edit Confirmation Email

    Select Confirmation Email from the left menu.

  3. Add QR Code

    Click the three dots next to the paperclip icon and select Attach QR Code.

  1. Get the Mobile App

    Download the Gatsby App and log in with your account.

  2. Open Event Check-In

    Tap the check-in button for your event.

  3. Start Scanner

    Tap the QR code icon in the top right corner.

  4. Scan Guest Codes

    Make sure your camera is on the scanner option, then scan each guest’s QR code to check them in.

Use this QR code to let guests register for your event on-site without needing to find your RSVP page.

  1. Enable the Public Link

    In your event, be sure to have the Public Link enabled for open registration.

  2. Open Check-In

    Go to Check In Guests from your web dashboard or mobile app.

  3. Get the QR Code

    Click the QR code button in the top right corner.

  4. Print and Share

    A QR code will appear. Print this out or display it at your event entrance for quick registration.
