Contact Relationships
Manage assistants, spouses, and business partners for VIP contacts. Set up CC groups and multiple contact methods for executive communications.
Contact relationships let you send invitations and communications to multiple people through a single contact. This is essential for executive communications where you need to include assistants, spouses, or business partners in your outreach.
Adding Associated Contacts
Section titled “Adding Associated Contacts”Associate contacts when you want to automatically CC someone on all communications sent to your primary contact. This works well for executive assistants who need to stay informed about their executive’s invitations.

Open the contact profile
Find your primary contact and click to open their profile.

Edit the contact
Click Edit to modify the contact details.

Add the associated contact
Scroll to “Associated Contact to CC” and search for the person you want to automatically include. Select them from the results.

Save your changes
Click Save to apply the association.
Setting Up Contact Method Groups
Section titled “Setting Up Contact Method Groups”Contact method groups give you more control over who receives communications. Use these when you need different email combinations for different types of events or communications.

Open the contact profile
Navigate to your contact and open their profile.

Create a new group
Find the Contact Method Group section and click + Add Another Group.

Name your group
Give the group a descriptive name like “Executive + Assistant” or “Personal Email.”

Add email addresses
Enter the primary email addresses and any you want to CC for this specific group.

Save the group
Your new contact method group is now available for campaigns.
When sending a campaign, you’ll see a dropdown next to each contact’s name where you can choose which contact method group to use.
Can I associate multiple contacts with one primary contact?
Contact method groups work better for this scenario. You can create multiple groups with different email combinations, but you’ll need to remember to select the right group when sending campaigns.
