Testing Email Campaigns

Test email campaigns before sending to ensure perfect delivery. Verify links, formatting, and spam compliance for professional event communications.

Test your campaigns before sending to catch formatting issues, broken links, and potential spam problems. This prevents embarrassing mistakes and ensures your professional event communications work as intended.

Use this method to check links, formatting, and proofread your content.

  1. Open your campaign

Navigate to the campaign you want to test.

  2. Send a test

Click Send Test. You’ll be the default recipient.

  3. Add teammates if needed

To include a teammate, select Send Test to a Teammate and choose who should receive it.

  4. Send the test

Hit Send Test Email to deliver the test.

This method confirms your email will bypass spam filters and all images and links load properly.

  1. Add yourself to the guest list

Add yourself or a colleague as a guest on your event.

  2. Set up the recipient

Add them as the recipient on your campaign.

  3. Send the campaign

Send the campaign to your test recipient.

  4. Send to remaining guests

Once confirmed, use the not sent to feature to send the campaign to your other guests.

I sent my campaign as a final test and found errors. How do I make edits?

Duplicate the campaign, add your test recipient, and send it again. Once everything looks perfect, add your guests and send your campaign.

Why should I test my campaigns before sending?

Testing ensures all links work properly, formatting and images display correctly, and catches any other errors that could hurt your professional image.

Can we pull back a campaign that has been sent?

If the campaign is still processing, we can try to remove emails from the queue, but this usually isn’t possible once sending has started.
