Scheduling Campaigns

Schedule email campaigns for optimal timing across time zones. Plan invitations and reminders for AGMs, investor meetings, and corporate events.

Schedule your email campaigns to send at the right time for your recipients. This lets you prepare everything in advance and ensures your invitations reach people when they’re most likely to engage.

  1. Open your campaign

    Open your campaign/draft and add your recipients.

  2. Access scheduling options

    Click the drop-down arrow next to the Send button and select Schedule Campaign.

  3. Set your timing

    Choose the date and time you want your email sent, along with the appropriate time zone for your recipients.

  4. Confirm the schedule

    Click Schedule to queue your campaign.

  1. Open your scheduled campaign

    Find and open the campaign you want to modify.

  2. Go to the scheduled tab

    This shows all recipients who are set to receive the campaign.

  3. Select recipients to cancel

    Choose the specific recipients you want to remove from the scheduled send.

  4. Cancel the scheduling

    Click Cancel Scheduling to remove those recipients from the queue.

Can I reschedule a campaign?

Yes. Follow the cancellation steps above, but select Reschedule Campaign instead of cancel. This lets you pick a new date and time without losing your recipient list.

Can I add additional recipients to a scheduled campaign?

Yes. Go to the “Not Sent To” tab in your scheduled campaign, select the recipients you want to add, then click Schedule Campaign to include them in the existing schedule.
