Email Sender Settings

Configure email sender settings to send on behalf of executives. Manage reply-to addresses and display names for professional event communications.

Use email sender settings to send communications on behalf of executives or team members while controlling where replies are directed.

Choose who appears as the sender of your campaign emails.

  1. Select sender

    In your campaign, click the dropdown arrow on the left side of the send from box and select your sender.

Customize how the sender’s name appears to recipients.

  1. Open display name editor

    Click the dropdown arrow next to the sender name in the middle of the box.

  2. Update the name

    Click Edit Display Name, enter your desired text, and press Save.

Direct email responses to a different address than the sender.

  1. Access reply settings

    Click the three dots to the left of the subject line in your campaign.

  2. Set reply address

    Click Set Reply To and choose your desired contact.

Will the sender see the messages in their email?

Yes, emails appear in their outbox and they receive responses unless you set a different reply-to address.

Can I set multiple reply-to emails?

Not currently. You can only set one reply-to address per campaign.

Is there a limit to how many emails we can send?

You’re limited by your email service provider’s restrictions. For large sends, we recommend using SendGrid.
