Sending Updated Calendar Invites
Keep attendees informed with automatic calendar updates when event details change. Track updates and manage notifications for executive events.
When you update event details, Gatsby can automatically send updated calendar invites to your guests. This ensures everyone has the correct information in their calendars without manual coordination.
Sending Updated Calendar Invites
Section titled “Sending Updated Calendar Invites”The easiest way to send updates is during the editing process:

Update Event Details
Make your changes to the event information as needed.

Save Changes
Click Save to apply your updates.

Send Updates
A prompt will appear asking if you want to send updated calendar invites. Click Send to notify all guests.
Sending Updates Later
Section titled “Sending Updates Later”If you missed the prompt or want to send updates at a different time:

Find the Update Notice
Go to your event’s home screen. You’ll see an Unshared Event Updates box.

Send Updates
Click the Send Event Updates button to notify guests of the changes.
Tracking Who Received Updates
Section titled “Tracking Who Received Updates”To see which guests received the calendar update:

Open Campaigns
Navigate to the Campaigns tab in your event.

Find the Update Campaign
Look for the campaign titled Automated Calendar Update Email and click into it.

View Recipients
Check the right side column to see who received the update.
Common Questions
Section titled “Common Questions”What if I don’t want to send updates immediately? You can decline the prompt when saving changes. The update option will remain available on your event’s home screen until you send it.
Can I customize the update message? Yes. Decline the automatic prompt and create your own campaign to send event updates with custom messaging.
