Event Configuration

Need to change event date/time/location

Edit event details » Save changes.

When prompted Share Event Update click Share. All accepted guests get sent calendar updates.

Seating Chart

Guests stuck or greyed out in seating chart

Filter applied to seating chart

Fix: Remove filters from the seating chart.

Need to move everyone in Seating Chart quickly

Bulk table assignment: Select multiple guests > Move > choose table (assigns to table, not specific seats)

Swap seated guests: drag seated guest to another occupied seat, option menu appears » select swap option

Seating Chart table layout wrong

Edit Table: Can’t edit table to remove seats if guests are assigned to seats. Create a new table » move guests.

Create new layout: Seating Chart » create new (+ icon) » name your layout. Independent seating for each configuration.

Event Families (Parent-Child)

Can't see which child events guests belong to

Add Child Guestlist column to parent event. Shows which child events each guest is present on.

Child guests not appearing in parent

Guests should sync upward if connected:

• Verify relationship exists: Edit event details » Advanced tab
• Check for Child Guestlist column in parent event

If guest has been added to a child via Event RSVP question from an unrelated event:

• Manually add to parent (Add to Event option in Child), or
• Set the unrelated event as a sibling
